The twins, being separated by the shipwreck fend for themselves on this island. Viola, forced to put on a male outward appearance, wins over Orsino and works under his rule. While Sebastian finds comfort with a pirate named Antonia, and makes her way to seek shelter with the countess Olivia. Confusion arises when the twins paths cross, making for a hilarious and touching reunion.

Sebastian, although bred from royalty, has a gentle and humble side to him. He is an adventurer. He is a fighter, in every sense of the word. He is determined to make good of his situation and make peace with it. Although grieving for his sister, he continues his journey where he so luckily finds himself in the grace of Olivia. Olivia, seemingly already enamored with Sebastian, asks to take his hand in marriage. But then, tension arise and confusion sets as non other than Viola is revealed to be alive.
